Track your Christmas Elves order

Many of our smaller orders and in-stock items, such as Christmas trees, are picked and packed very quickly. These items are typically available at our Ferntree Gully location and are often ready for shipping in as little as 0-3 days.

Occasionally, your order may contain items that are stocked at both our Ferntree Gully Fulfilment Centre and our Preston store. In these cases, extra time is needed to gather everything in one place for shipping, which can add 1-2 days to the processing time.

• Preferences: If an item you ordered, like a red and white gnome or a particular size, is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your options.
• Address Confirmation: We sometimes need to verify shipping address or other important details.
• Multiple Contact Attempts: We may try mobile first, then email if needed.

During busy periods like late November, early December, and Boxing Day, we experience large spikes in order numbers, which can increase processing times to 1-5 days. We honour the queue order, but much like an amusement park 🎢 with a singles queue, we often prioritise single product orders for quicker processing.
