We stopped in here as we were driving by and wondered how they could devote a whole big red building to Christmas. It's possible... It’s just so magical!! We were amazed when we walked through the doors to see the stunning Christmas trees and amazing displays. They have decorations for all budgets and tastes that you can’t find anywhere else. We were welcomed by two friendly ladies, happy to help when we asked for decorating advice. We ended up spending a few hundred dollars, but we are so happy.

Absolutely in love with my 7.5ft Smoky Mountain Christmas tree purchased at the Preston Store, and rose colour decorations, amongst various other ones on it and pearl rope. Starting to feel so festive. Love it! Staff at Preston Christmas Elves are always so happy and helpful and took the time with me to make sure everything would match and not clash. Very happy.

We first visited their new store in Ferntree Gully, and then visited the mega Christmas store in Preston... It really is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a large range of Christmas decorations and amazing quality.
We love this store so much we came back at night to see the window display all lit up for Christmas. It truly is spectacular.”

I’m not even sure where to start but wanted to pass on the fantastic customer service that I received from Kristian. What started off as me saying I liked an item he had pictured on Instagram as it would suit a theme I was creating for my hallway ended in him sending me photos of all sorts of amazing items that would work perfectly with the theme I was creating.
Nothing was too much to ask which was so lovely and his knowledge of all things Christmas is phenomenal.
When I called the store to place my order we talked through all the items and how they would work together and he was just so happy which is even more important in the climate we’re all living in at the moment.
I can’t thank him enough for helping me create the perfect hallway that I know my children are going to love!
Please pass on how happy this whole experience made me - what an amazing asset you have in him!
