The Christmas Elves are open all year to the public. Our Christmas store/warehouse in Preston has over 1100 square metres of Christmas decorations, conveniently located behind the Northlands Homemaker Centre in Preston. There is plenty of free parking available. Our Christmas store in Ferntree Gully has over 800 square metres of Christmas Trees, Christmas Lights and decorations on Burwood Highway in Ferntree Gully.

It's Time! Grab the family and come join us for a fun filled day to kick off the Christmas season
Our annual Christmas Elves Family Day is on hold due to the COVID19 pandemic.
Every year, we are making our lists, checking them twice and sorting out the best fun you and your family could possibly imagine!
There was so much planned for this year’s event:
- We'll have Christmas carols, a Christmas balloonist, face painting, fairy floss, and lucky door prizes.
- And of course, Santa Claus the big man himself will be on hand all afternoon for FREE Santa photos

We'll also have some super special in-store discounts available only on the day, so you can stock up on all of your Christmas decorations.
Our specialists will be on hand to help you with all your Christmas styling, decorating needs, lighting advice and of course, help you find the perfect tree.

The fun starts at 11am.
Santa Claus will arrive by Tuk Tuk at 12pm
We'll have giveaways on the hour and there will be a photographer available on the day for FREE Santa photos from 12pm-4pm
Carols, face painting, balloonists, fairy floss and store discounts available all day
